Adult Multiples Support Network
Gives adult multiples a place where they can connect, share and support each other.
Breastfeeding Support Network
Provides support to families considering breastfeeding or who are already breastfeeding their multiples.
Dads Supporting Dads Peer Support Network
Allows Dads to share experiences and help provide support through the multiple pregnancy and parenting journey.
Francophone Support Network
For French-speaking families. This network connects families to provide support and share experiences with each other.
Higher-Order Multiples Support Network
For Triplets, Quads, Quints and More. This network is for families with the unique challenges of higher-order multiples.
LGBTQ+ Support Network
For Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender, Queer+ (LGBTQ) community. The LGBTQ network offers support through one to one discussions, on-line forums and facilitates community connections.
Loss of Multiples Support Network
For families who have lost one, more or all of their multiple-birth children. The LSN is also available for adult survivors, grandparents, and those supporting bereaved multiple-birth families.
Lone Parents Support Network
For families in which the head of the household is a lone parent due to divorce, death, military posting, financial demands or choice.
Postpartum Depression/Anxiety Peer Support Network
For families of multiples who are experiencing symptoms of PPD, PPA and “Baby Blues” to seek support and understanding from others who know what you are going through. Preterm Birth Support Network
Preemies Peer Support Network
For families of multiples whose babies are born any time before 38 weeks gestation.
Special Needs Support Network
For families where a multiple or sibling has a special need, such as Autism, Congenital Heart Defect, Asthma, Eczema, Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome, Attention Deficit Disorder, Diabetes, Blindness, etc. Special needs include any physical or developmental disability that puts additional stress on the family and the challenges of raising a gifted child.
